Contracted said company in July 2021 to seal a basement wall. Received a quote on July 25 which was accepted and a deposit of $750.00. Several attempts (calls and emails) to find out when the work was scheduled to be started and completed were never returned. On my last attempt in early November, I was told it was to start the next day depending on the weather. The day they started the work my neighbor rejected their use of the driveway. I called DG and their representative told me they can still do the work by putting down plywood on the yard to drive their equipment on. The work was completed and my yard and the flower bed in the front of the house was destroyed. I had to call 2 weeks later to get an invoice. To my surprise, an addition $500.00 was added for dirt removal and staging. The DG representative should have known that there would be dirt removal and staging when he did the quote! After receiving the invoice on December 3,2021, and seeing the additional $500.00 added, I immediately emailed for someone to contact me. One week later still waiting. I asked if the company would be sending someone out to repair the yard and flower bed in the spring. Still waiting for a response. I am reluctantly going to pay this invoice in full today, but would like BBB to get me some answers. Respectfully unhappy customer
