i bought **** ****** ***** speedometer.before i buy i called talk to the sales man and asked plz check the parts and make sure its good. but after two days i received the bad parts...i waste my time and my money...they don't want to give me refund or anything also i refund their bad parts from my own pocket money ....here is the trac no...XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX i need my full refund including with return shipping since it was not my fault...also their invoice says 60 days warranty...thx

On this complaint it is stated on our invoice no refund on electronic parts. We reserve the right to replace defective parts. We will replace the defective part but will not refund this.

Complaint
I used a part's locator web tool to find a part I was looking for and it directed me to " Liberty Wholesale Auto Parts" in OH. The part grade was listed as A. I spoke with the sales representative Yaa listed on my receipt as (salesperson) 1-1YAA. I take this as a part listed to be in good condition. I agreed to purchase of the part & shipping. The first phone call was placed Friday the 5th of September @ 1350. After proceeding with transaction then Yaa informed me the part wouldn't ship until monday. I said ok, but please make sure when you send the part that it has the sensors attached and clipped. He repeated back to me "pigtailed, ok".I received the part a week after the original phone call placed. Prior to removing it from the box it had part of it already hanging out of the box. One of the hoses that was attached to the throttle body was intentionally cut short and hanging out of the box. I opened up the box the part I purchased (site unseen & going off part grade listed as A). I see a dirty throttle body with rust on over half of of the almost 2 dozen bolts/screws on the part. charged $100 for part & $40 for the s&h. I did not receive everything on the part as negotiated nor in "part grade" A. I called the following monday and spoke with ****. **** asked me for my transaction information and he informed me that the guy who was the salesperson was out on delivery and wouldn't be back till later. **** let me know he would talk with him. **** asked me what would be an idea for working this out. Per doing research again. I looked at other LT1 5.7L throttle bodies with pictures listed on another resources. $25-50 going rate w/Free shipping for similar quality part to what I now had in my possession. 2days Later, still had not heard back. Called them, spoke w/ Yaa - refused to refund me for the entire sale & take return-or-would not come down to a comparable price for fair market value. Did not take responsibility for the grade of part "THEY LISTED". Overcharged on all..

The part was not properly listed. Vendor did not take responsibility regarding there listed. Even another sales rep Yaa works with said he charged to much for shipping (**** phone call 0959 monday, Sept.15th 2014 - lasted 5 minutes). Paying more wasn't the issue for a good part & service. But neither of which I have received from this company.I want to pay no more then $50 for the entire transaction ORShip the item back for a full refund on the order.

Business Response
On this complaint 5.7l throttle body was graded A by carpart.com not us and the grade A for the part is from mileage not the look of it. This is a part from Ohio going to California the was some rust on it but in no means effects the performance of this part. Our invoice states we reserve the right to replace instead of a refund. If the packaging was damaged in shipping we will replace the throttlebody with a different replacement part.

The product even if based on mileage on vehicle does not reflect a "Grade A" part condition. I believe the labeling is false and irresponsible, and misleading to purchaser. The part was not in useable condition without work being performed to replace bolts, gaskets, and the needed sensor threading to insure safe install and use. The performance of this part in short to make work was not off the shelf ready as per the "Grade A" indication might lead someone to think. The handling of the part on shipping had part of it actually hanging out of the box it was shipped in due to the size of the box the packer chose. Several discrepencies point to the negligence of the seller in listing, handling, resale and shipping and handling of this part. I paid good money for a part and it's shipping and had an agreement with the reseller when I gave approval to use my credit card to purchase this item. It was not fulfilled, sensors were not attached as agreed, item was not in grade a condition, shipping was shotty. I have seen 7 year olds take more care in wrapping presents then these guys did in shipping a simple part. A simple incomplete part as per agreed upon.
