Horrible horrible horrible I recommend that you stay away I took my van down to the shop to get fixed the first time my antenna came up missing I was told that they don't have to take Sh** later for them to apologize and tell me it was a mistake and they'll replace it second time I took my van to get fixed (30 days later) my hydraulic jack came up missing I called the owner and he cussed me out he told me shut the f*** up and listen the way they talk to customers is horrible three days later part that they fix broke off in the middle of the street I called them and told them my van is in the Middle Street I ask the company to tow it he told me basically there's nothing he can do so $700 later my van is in worst shape than it was in before this joke a place so called fixing it

Would like to be refunded for the belt, installation, and the fee I had to pay to have the van towed to another shop to get fixed

In response to the complaint, here are the fact's as we know them:
#1 The customer is correct, in stating the vehicle's antenna was missing. Our mechanic had to remove it in order to put the vehicle on our lift and not break the overhanging light's above the lift. After being notified by the customer of the missing antenna, we apologized for our mistake and promptly replaced it. This procdure took all of 2 minutes.
#2 We never saw a hydraulic jack in her van. We explained to her that our facility has ( 3) vehicle lifts and (3) forklifts to lift or move vehicles. We very seldom use floor jack's to do our service work. We received a call from the customer's son some day's later stating that he loaned the jack to his cousin and that he "assumed he brought it back"

#3 We installed a fuel pump in her vehicle that is located inside the fuel tank, and replaced the serpentine belt on the engine. We got a call approx. 10 day's later stating that the vehicle broke down and we had to tow it back to our shop. It was discovered that the pulley on the power steering was broken and had to be replaced. The customer stated that since we were the last people to work on the vehicle, that this "was our fault".

Tow Charge: $45.00
Parts and Labor: $300.00
Tax: $24.15
Total: $369.15
