I was fortunate enough to have childress collision fix my vehicle, because of an unfortunate meeting between my snow filled carport roof and the top and side of my car. A car I might add I had just bought 1 month earlier,it was my dream car a 2011 cadillac cts premium, a beautiful metalic black. I called *** up as soon as the carport was dissasembled off the car and he came right over and picked it up it was still raining and since the windshield was broke out was not a good idea to have it in the rain or even outside. The next day I brased myself for the carnage I was about to see (Ididdnt see it before it was towed had to go to work) when I got there *** took me back to see it, at the time they were vaccuming the glass out of the seats etc. It was as bad as I had immagined, but as bad as it was I trusted *** and his team could put it back like it never happened atleast thats what I hoped. *** went thru the list of parts that were needed as he did with the insurance co. (Auto Owners ins. co. was a easy and great co. to deal with and gave *** no trouble with the parts and estimate) Parts included new roof new side of car it must have been 12 foot long when he showed it to me on my next visit.plus alot of other parts he had to paint over 8 grand of parts and paint. To make an allready long story shorter,I got the car back around 3 weeks later it looked like it never even happened. paint matching perfect, body seam matching perfect just a fantastic job from beggining to end. I would and do reccomend Childress Collision thank you for your time, i am again the proud owner of a 2011 cts 3.6 awd dream
