Complaint: Small amount of money stolen, but what upset me was the retort when i told someone about the invasion of privacy and theft.Told me i was a liar.......
Went to pick up my car from this "reputable" shop,get there my car has been rifled though. The center console had money missing. Glove box open and papers shuffled. I report this to the gentleman who showed me to my car, and was told that could not have happened no chance ...I told him he needed to check his security cameras,and see who did it, i was told i was lying..... If i have any personal identity theft i will be getting a lawyer as i do not appreciate my personal info available to any employee who decides to go though my car and ins paperwork.. to end my visit perfectly i went to start my car and someone had killed a 6 month old red top battery, was so furious by now i didn't want to ask them for a jump so i went across the street to enterprise rental who i had a rental from explained to them what was going on. they lent me some jumper cables i walked back over got my wife to steer as i pushed the car back to be able to jump it, i could see employees just watching doing nothing, but to busy watching to even offer to help. If you decide to use this company all i can say is someone tried to warn you.

I understand having an automobile accident can be a very upsetting experience, and I apologize for this unfortunate circumstance. Please know I take great pride in not only our work, but customer service and satisfaction as well. I take customer complaints very seriously, and I apologize for the way you felt like you were treated by my employees. While theft has never been an issue I am certainly not denying the possibility. I know the money was not the issue, but I am sending this check as a token of good will. It means a great deal to me that you chose Moss Body Shop for your repair needs, and I hope to regain your trust so we may also serve you in the future. Again, please accept my sincerest apologies.
