On 08/02/2022, MRB Waterworks (*********************) came to replace a well pump in my well. He determined that lightning had struck the pump and an insurance claim was sent in. He replaced the pump ($2500 later) and to this date, I still have no water or it is still very muddy and *****. I have 2 children under the age of 3 and animals to feed and water. We have attempted to call **************** numerous times to have him come take a look and see what is wrong. All he does is come to pour more bleach down the well. We got a 2nd opinion via the phone and the 2 things that stood out to that person was 1. **************** replaced the pump with a bigger HP pump (which could cause the well to not be able to keep up and stir up mud and dirt), 2. it was also determined based on Mr. ************************* that he was to replace approx 9 pieces of piping but ended replacing 9 1/2 pieces of piping (which allows the pump to be too low into the well and causes it too **** up mud and dirt from the bottom). **************** claims he did nothing wrong. We had our newborn baby on 08/21/2022 and on 08/25/2022, after numerous calls to **************** and after him trying to put us off for another 3 days he came to look at the well. He was very disgruntled about having to be back out at a job that he was already paid for. He did something in the basement and stated, "If that doesn't fix it you will just need a well." Our well has not had issues before **************** messed with it. The water is now messed back up again and we are having to stay with family. We are not calling **************** back and will have a different company come to fix the water. However, **************** got paid for a job that is not satisfactory. It interrupts my day to day living and me being to properly feed and bathe my children. This was an insurance claim and I feel as though **************** fraudulently received money from our insurance for work that he has not done.
