Complaint: My wife and I contracted with JED to provide us with a Mercedes Sedan for transportation on our Wedding day, starting with picking my wife up at the Sheraton Hotel in Clayton, MO and taking her to St. Joseph's in Clayton, MO and then we had transportation to our Reception and back to the hotel. The driver showed up in Hyundai car which we thought was a joke being played on us by our friends , but no, that is what they provided. We specifically went with this company because they advertised Mercedes vehicles and then when I called to set up the appointment, I was assured it would be a Mercedes. I feel like I was a victim of bait and switch and in no way was I provided what I paid for. I tried contacting them and was told they would look into it and I would be called back, but never was. The car they provided was just embarrassing and so small, the driver had to move the front passenger seat forward so we could fit in it.

Desired Settlement: At the very least, I believe we should be refunded half of our payment, because the product we received was at best well under half of what was promised.

Consumer Response:

I was contacted by ***** at JED limo and he agreed to give me a $200 refund and therefore I am satisfied with the outcome. I will let you know when I actually receive the refund.
