Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: I bought a toy - a flying object. The propeller on it broke,. I took it back and they said they would repair it. They sent it out. It has been 3 weeks. When I checked back on it, they said they were finishing it up and I should have it by the end of the week. I spoke to a manager and they said they would just give me another one by that weekend. At that time, they said they were sold out, so would have to wait to get more before I can get my replacement. They told me I would repair it or get me a new one, and I haven't gotten either, nor have I heard from the business since.
Desired Settlement: I want either my repaired product or a new one.
Business Response: Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 16, 2015/08/25) */ I went by there Saturday and talked to the gentleman selling objects at the stand. I told him about the complaint and showed him faxes I sent to the company. We spoke about the problem and he went and grabbed one of the drones that was larger than what I had and gave it to me as compensation for my complaint. This resolves the issue.
