Complaint I bought a toy - a flying object. The propeller on it broke,. I took it back and they said they would repair it. They sent it out. It has been 3 weeks. When I checked back on it, they said they were finishing it up and I should have it by the end of the week. I spoke to a manager and they said they would just give me another one by that weekend. At that time, they said they were sold out, so would have to wait to get more before I can get my replacement. They told me I would repair it or get me a new one, and I haven't gotten either, nor have I heard from the business since.
Desired Settlement I want either my repaired product or a new one.
Final Consumer Response I went by there Saturday and talked to the gentleman selling objects at the stand. I told him about the complaint and showed him faxes I sent to the company. We spoke about the problem and he went and grabbed one of the drones that was larger than what I had and gave it to me as compensation for my complaint. This resolves the issue.
Complaint Tried to return a product that bought from them less than a week after I bought it. They told me they would not give me a refund and pulled out a sign from next to register(that nobody can see) that they don't give refunds. Business' Initial Response we have a visible return policy since the first day, it is visible from any angle, customer brought a product back, it was in perfect condition BUT it was used. According to our policy we do not do refund and offer an exchange ONLY if the product is NOT used. It is visible and says on the Refund SIGN. Even though the product was used a seller person was nice and offered to exchange to any other brand new products, the customer refused. We can not tell to each and every customer that we do not do returns. If a customer still wishes we still can exchange the product, repeating even though it has been used,but only if it is still in good condition, thank you.
Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Their sign was not visible and no one told us about a no refund policy. I would not deal with a business that has policies like that. Shows lack of quality in your product and lack of faith! Why would I want anything but my money back from a store like that!
