Complaint: I brought in my 1995 Chevrolet Lumina March 22, 2016 to repair the rear drivers side wheel. I did sign paperwork, but was never given an estimate for the repair.  I was not until after the repair was done that I was told about the fee and given a bill for $634, which I paid.

Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund for the repair - $140. Also, you should inform the customer of the fee before repairs.

Business Response: Mr. ****** was advised what would be necessary to repair his vehicle.  We explained exactly what would have to be done in order to repair his vehicle and was giving the go ahead by Mr. ****** to do the necessary repairs.  When a customer signs the work order then and only then will we do any work on any customers vehicle. I have attached the work order and pictures of the old parts that needed to be replaced as well as the RO. As we were giving the go ahead to do the repairs, I do not see a need to refund anything to Mr. ****** as this is the cost to repair Mr. ******'s vehicle.
