Complaint: To whom it may concern,I am writing to complain about Def Leppard tickets sold to me at your Hollywood Casino Amphitheater box office on 02-21-2015. There was a 4 pack ticket special (4 for $74) advertised by local radio station 94.7 and confirmed by your box office attendant when I called Hollywood Casino Amphitheater on 02-20-15 that stated there were both lawn AND select seats available as the special. When it was my turn to purchase, I requested the 4 pack seat special and was told it was lawn specials only and that seats were never advertised. I hesitantly purchased the 4 pack lawn seats. Other customers further back in line said the same thing - that seats were advertised as part of the special. Our complaints where unheard by the person appearing to be the supervisor who claimed she did not have access to any information about the show other than the generic price ranges. This is the box office at the event venue and people are frankly not trained properly to address questions. I was the 6th person in line and was sold tickets minutes before the online website opened for sales; it would have been impossible for them to sell out had they been offered like they were supposed to be. Reserved 4 packs sold out during presales, resulting in only Lawn 4 packs being available during public on-sale on Saturday morning, February 21st. Consumer has been contacted and offered an exchange of tickets due to difficulties in receiving correct information from venue staff and lack of courteous customer service. Venue waiting on return of tickets by consumer for exchange.
