      We had just about given up hope on our pool and had even gotten quotes to fill it in. Then we found Little Giant Pool and Spa. ***** came and looked at the pool (which alone was amazing as other companies we were trying to get bids from just kept putting us off.) He gave us a bid the very next day and we accepted. The contract spelled out the repairs they would do and the timeline for measuring, ordering and installation so there would be no misunderstandings. We asked plenty of questions of ***** and he was always quick to respond as was ****** and other office staff members. Within the next two weeks of signing the contract they came and measured our pool since each vinyl liner is individually made. Our pool is round and so the fit of the liner is not so easy to do but is extremely important! Then we got on the board and waited. We were told we probably would receive the liner in late September of this year, so we were excited when it came early and they put us on the installation schedule! **** is the vinyl liner whisperer if there is such a thing. He and ****** were amazing! They worked in 100+ degree weather to make the necessary repairs and even cleaned up the yard after their work each day. They explained every step of what they were doing so again there were no questions that everything was being done right. They made suggestions about where to keep the water level, installed new channeling so the liner cannot rip away from the walls, talked to us about closing the pool and made other incredibly helpful suggestions. I could seriously go on and on about this company. Our experience was the best and we would highly recommend them for anyone who has a pool with a vinyl liner. Cannot understand why we never knew about them before, but they have earned our continued confidence and business. **** and ****************

      After moving into a new home in 2021, Little Giant Pool & Spa were already servicing the inground pool for the property. Multiple times during the season they charged my credit card without letting me know ahead of time. After calling them, they would "fix" the charges. For the opening this year I gave them a $150 deposit to be placed on the schedule. They were not able to come on the scheduled date which forced me to have to take the cover off & add some chemicals after filling up the pool. The day they came to close the pool they were here 20 minutes - put in the ladder, took out plugs and primed pump. They charged my credit card another $356 without letting me know, for a total of $496 for 20 minutes of work & $85 worth of chemicals. Have had multiple issues with no follow up or calls back for estimates & then having my cc charged without my permission. Still waiting for an estimate for some repairs from June 2021! Not professional or trustworthy at all. Be very careful if you plan to use this company for any kind of maintenance or repairs.

      I am truly displaced by your review. We have always strived to be a professional and trustworthy company as the previous owner saw in us for 5 years prior to you owning the home. After reading the review, I spoke with my staff and there are quite a few discrepancies you have listed. I have segmented and replied to your review below:1.Multiple times during the season they charge my credit card without me knowing(You are referring to the weekly service you subscribed to. You were informed time and time again that you will be billed for the fixed amount at the beginning of every month without a contract. You can opt out at any time. Extra chemicals, if needed due to weather, are billed on the following months ****. This was explained to you multiple times.)2.After calling them, they would fix the charges(I believe you mean Fixed. You called the morning of your submitted review (which was very sneaky) and spoke with **** (office manager of 24+ years) and explained that you personally removed your cover and should not be charged for this. We took $100.00 off your bill and credited you CC account immediately.)3.I gave them a $150 deposit to be placed on the schedule (It was $125.00 on 3/3/22)4.They were not able to come on the scheduled date which forced me to have to take the cover off & add some chemicals after filling the pool.(I apologize, but this makes absolutely no sense. It is true that we were not able to come out on the projected date booked on 3/3/22 (dealing with a little bit of rain for the past 3 months). However, we did open it one week later. There was no need for you to remove your cover or add chemicals prior to us coming out. You put the hose under the cover and fill the pool. A pool opening starts as a flat fee of $380.00 plus chemicals for up to 2 hours. We still gave you a credit of $100.00 on this out respect (Professionalism)5.The day they came to close the pool they were here 20 minutes(I know you meant open not close and we were there for 35 minutes per GPS tracking. Two seasoned employees (40 years combined pool opening experience) can do that in that time. The pool is 65 years old. Its a large pool with very little plumbing. The service you requested was performed.)6.They charge my credit card another $356 without letting me know, for a total of $496(Again, you have always been told that when the services have been completed, your CC will be run to pay the balance due plus chemicals. You have told this multiple times. We take checks. You can receive a **** and send in your check. You chose the credit card route. To be clear we charged you $346.30 for a total of $471.30. What disturbs me is the fact that you called Wednesday morning 5/25/22 (right before you wrote this review) and discussed the **** with **** and she refunded $100.00 because you chose to remove your cover for some reason. So, your total was for $371.30 not $496.00. You wrote this review AFTER you receive a refund. I would say thats not very trustworthy or professional at all.7.Have had multiple issues with no follow up or calls back for estimates & then having my cc charged without my permission(You have had no issues with any service that we provided. I have reviewed every work order and invoice. We provided weekly cleanings starting on June 14, 2022 and ended weekly service on August 30, 2022. You had us close the pool on September 28, 2022. There were no issues. As for the estimate, the only estimate you have asked for is the structure repair. And I have not supplied that estimate. However, Im not holding you back. You let me know on July 6, 2022 that you were getting multiple bids for the repair. I told you that I will not repair the pool because of its age. Its a 65-year-old 20x50 gunite (concrete) pool that is deteriorating badly. The pool must be replaced, and it will be extremely expensive. I havent had the time to cost that out for you. I apologize for that and Im not going to either. To be frank, Ill spend 3 days costing out the project, at no cost to you, for you to say no. I have been doing this too long to understand my outcome. As for the cc charged without your permission. Again, you were told multiple times that this is how we do cc.) 8.Not professional or trustworthy at all. Be very careful if you plan to use this company for any kind of maintenance or repairs(This is a hard one to reply to. There are so many angles to go at this. First off, we are professional. In the office and out in the field. Our trucks are clean and organized as well as our office. We have two staff members answering the phone and emails 8 - 5 M-F (one staff member of 24+years). Service technicians are well trained with most being employed by Little Giant over 20 years each and the service manager who has been here 28+years. Trustworthy.. I dont know how to reply. How is it that we betrayed your trust? I believe that myself and everyone that employed by Little Giant is extremely trustworthy. To wrap up, this is just absolutely ridiculous. I have had a spotless BBB record for many, many, many, years. We take pride in that record. And we have serviced that pool 5 years prior to *************************** owning the property. We continue to service the previous owners new pool to this day as well as ****s of others. She has referred us multiple times. I would highly suggest you remove this review because it does not supply any factual information and does absolutely nothing to assist a potential customer. Please understand, she called to negotiate her bill, which we accommodated her with no problem, and then she sent the review. If you read the review, She mentions her cc being charged without her knowledge. She knew this June, July, August, and September 2021. She knew it May 2022. We charge everyone this way. It is convenient for the customer and for us as well.
