Complaint: I purchased a $75 gift card in December 2014 right before Christmas. On March 3, 2015 I went back to this store to get a refund on the gift card. On the receipt it does not state that gift cards cannot be returned for a refund and I was not made aware during the time of purchase either. I was told that they would not refund me.
Desired Settlement: I would like the $75 refunded.

The guideline are in the same manor of all the big major retailers in Missouri that I have checked. This is how the back of the card reads This gift card may be redeemed only at Denny Dennis Sporting Goods and is not redeemable for cash or for making payments on accounts receivable. Denny Dennis Sporting Goods cannot replace the value of this card if it is lost, stolen or used without your authorization. This card is void if it is tampered with in any way, or has become unreadable or unable to be scanned. It is the sole discretion of Denny Dennis Sporting Goods management if this card is valid. Purchase and use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This policy has been this way for over 20 years. So we are sorry but there are no refunds on gift cards
