Complaint: Company refused to return our security deposit for $1075 which was put down in good faith. We met all requirement for the return of our deposit. Elite Property Management simply decided not to refund the security deposit

Desired Settlement: We would like our $1075 security deposit refunded.

Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/04/05) */ The lease ****** ******* is between her and ******* and ***** ********** (see attached lease). Her security deposit was received on 1/5/14 and paid to ******* and ***** ********** on 1/18/14 (see attached Owner Statement). Per the management agreement between Elite Property Management and ******* and ***** ********** the owner holds the security deposit (see attached Property Management Agreement). Elite Property Management does not have the security deposit to refund to ****** *******.
