            I hired and paid this company to seal my driveway. They scheduled my sealing for October 4th, 2022, this company was a no show. I called the company to find out why they had not shown up and was told that their equipment had broken and they rescheduled me for October 6th, but again they were a no show, and this time they said that they had no technicians in my area to do the work. I asked for a refund and was told that all refund request are in writing and that it could take up to 3 weeks to get approval for my refund. They took my money for a service they could not provide, this was of no fault of my own,

            I have used this company for years. This particular year they did a horrible job. They missed spots. There were air bubbles in the sealer and the sealer was diluted or water down so bad it didnt seal my driveway correctly. I contacted the company via email took them a week to reply back. I talked to a very rude woman on the telephone. She told me they were aware of my complaint and I was not to call them they would call me. Totally substandard work was done at my house. I got the impression they dont really care, and that they may or may not fix their problem. I will not use them ever again there are too many other companies out there to do a much better job.

            I would like to assure the customer we do care. The field supervisor ***** looked at the drive in the middle of last week, a few business days after we did the driveway ***** called the customer and left a message but might have had a wrong number on his paperwork. ***** found the rain had washed the sealer out of the cracks and did some other damage. His recommendation was we redo the drive for the customer at no charge. ***** sent in last weeks paperwork this morning 10/9. *** the operations manager contacted the customer and arranged to redo the ********************** Thursday 10/12.
