Disgusted by the lack of professional attitude and customer interaction. From start to finish, this business displayed horrible business ethics and has been a terrible experience.
I brought in a less than year old lawn mower that was not working the after the winter season. The employees at the store were instantly defensive saying that the problem was leaving fuel in the motor over the winter (I made sure I ran the mower dead before the season's end) and that it would not be under warranty without even taking a look at the mower. The first thing one of the employees said to me was, "I would imagine that the instruction manual went into the desk drawer and has never came out."
Finally, after being talked to like I was a child by the service counter employees for over 5 minutes (they even brought out the instruction manual and showed me pages that I had "missed"), one of the individuals went to the mower, tried to start it, then said "We'll get you done did." He then proceeded to tell me that it will be 3 weeks before I would be able to get it back. If I had a customer that bought a mower less than a year ago and had problems with it, I would most certainly not make that person wait 3 weeks to resolve the issue.
After the company called me back stating that the problem was not under warranty and would cost me $180, I decided to not have them work on the mower any further. I was tired of dealing with these individuals any further. Upon pick up of the mower, they charged me $20 (which I paid without complaint) and told me they would bring the mower out front of the store to my vehicle. When the employee walked it out, they had completely left the motor disassembled in a cardboard box! Now if a customer is going to pay for you to service their mower (not to forget it was bought from you less than a year ago) I would expect it to be assembled back the way it was. I asked the employee why it was not put back together, he pointed the finger a different way and said "You are going to have to talk to the guys at the counter." For all I know, they could have kept parts of mine and put different ones back in place of them. Very suspicious.
Unbelievably bad experience with this company and obviously would never do service with them again. I would even go out of my way to advise people to never go to them. Lesson learned.
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.
