              We used lawn managers inc for our lawn in spring/summer of 2022 and prepaid for that years service. Treatments of our lawn did not adequately reduce weed growth so we decided not to use them for 2023. Without signing up for treatment this year, they started applying chemicals in the spring and sending invoices for treatments. We did not pay for the treatments that we did not sign up for and just received contact from a collection agency.

              They came to my home at 1:10 left at 1:19. He came fertilized and did grub work application on 1/4 acre lot. I got home as he pulled off he left the bill on my door. I look at my yard he only put a strip down in two spots and my yard has no fertilizer anywhere. I call them immediately the customer service asked well what do you want me to do about it? She sent him back immediately and he gets out asks me what I needed whats wrong I asked him to show me the fertilizer in my yard he couldnt I said you didnt do the job. I then said I have him on my ring door bell video and garage video he then said well I had to leave to go to the bathroom. But they had to call him back he gave the bill and left. Then the office said they cancelled us this was my first ever complaint with them. WARNING THEY ARE SCAMMING AND THIEVES TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE **** Really bad experience
