    My lawn suffered significant damage at the time of my last grass cutting. I have used this company for several years prior. My normal grass cutting day is Thursdays and because of holidays or rain they usually come the next day. Last week in STL we had historic amounts of rain and flooding. My lawn was rain soaked and the crew exercised very poor judgement in attempting to cut my lawn in that condition. In fact, I thought that with all this rain and excessive summer heat I would be fine with having my lawn cut every 10 days or so instead of weekly. Had I been home at the time I would have asked them not to cut my lawn. I called the office and the receptionist said she would have ****** do a site visit later Fri afternoon. I waited and he never came/called. I called again the next Monday and was told ****** would call. He finally called late Monday afternoon and we set up an appt to meet Tuesday, 8/2 at 4:30pm. He never called me to cancel and never showed up. I sent the company a long email today and forwarded several pictures documenting the damage to my lawn. This is not something that will grow back and be ok. I told them that I expect this damage to be re sodded in the fall at no expense to me. Over several years I have used this company for various projects and have always been a bit frustrated that rarely can you get anyone to answer the phone and voicemails are rarely returned.

    This spring, my church needed to upgrade its two baseball infields. They were uneven, held water, and weedy. I got a fair bid, and better, yet a competent crew, and the infield work turned out very nicely. The work included added drying agents to the dirt, and instructions on proper dragging. I would use them again, obviously.
