              If you take a watch in for a simple repair and don't need it for an unlimited amount of time, then go ahead and ask this company to do the repair. I took a watch in last week - and was told it would be ready on December 23. I went into the store at *************** and was told it would be ready on December 24. I called to see if it was ready and was told they couldn't get to it and it would be sometime "next week." My wife, who had taken the watch in (it's a Citizen Watch with an Eco drive) and asked for it to be reset. The technician remarked "Oh that will be a pain. . ." So, I will go through the process agains "sometime next week." My suggestion: Go somewhere else, your repair *** just be "a big pain"

              **********************, we apologize for your expeince, but please bear in mind during holiday season sometime its hard to meet dealines due to parts being delayed or just a very busy season, setting a time for that watch takes almost 1 hour and its free of charge, for that specific eco drive watch.
