Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: I had their cleaning services on the 27th of May , they turned up 5 hours late. In the process of cleaning they broke one of the blades off my ceiling fan. I spoke to the manager and he said he would get it replaced. I need this done as I am in the process of putting my house up for sale. I asked him about it this morning and he was very flippant about it saying he would refund me $75 for the cleaning. He also said it was an old fan anyway and didn't matter and I should just put a regular light up. It matters to me., the ceiling fan was in perfect working order and now I can't use it. A new fan would cost $75 and the installation would be roughly $100. I have to replace it now and I am out of pocket for that amount. At first he said he might be able to get it done in 3 or 4 weeks but that isn't good enough, I am hoping to have a buyer for my house by then. In his email I received this morning from him he said he is sending the refund check and he is done with it now. I told him he is getting reported .
Desired Settlement: Full refund for new ceiling fan and installation.
Business Response: We cleaned her home on 5/27/16. In the process of cleaning the ceiling fan 1 of the blades fell off. When I spoke with the customer I told her I can get parts to fix it. She said that she didn't think I would be able to find parts for it because it was over 3o years old. I told her I would find someone to come out to look at it and would let her know when. In the process of finding someone I spoke with the team that cleaned her home. They stated that the fan was VERY old and that the blade broke off when they swiped the duster over it. I was thinking about it over the weekend and came to the conclusion that I shouldn't have to pay full price to replace a 30 plus year old fan. I believe the fan was old and could have broke at any point. I decided to just refund her the money for the cleaning which was $75. I believe that this is the most fair way to handle this situation, after all the fan is 30 plus years old.
