Irrigation system was purchased on May 24, 2021. The system was installed June 21. Annual yard aeration and overseeding was completed the morning of the 14th. When that work was completed, manually started the irrigation system to water in the grass seed, but none of the heads in zone 1 (the small area on the south side of the driveway) would function. Landscape Systems repairman, ** determined that the irrigation black pipe had been punctured in several different locations. Three locations on the south side of the driveway and one location on the north. The root cause of the punctures was the depth of the line installation. The line on the north side of the driveway was only about three inches below the surface at its deepest and only an inch or so deep at the east end of the line. The line was less than four inches deep where the leak was discovered on the south side of the driveway. ** took photographs of all repair sites. He said he would discuss the problem with the service manager who would get back with me. No one called. Left multiple voice mails, texts with salesman ******************* and Lawn Systems web site, no return call. October 14 sent letter to Lawn Systems Owner ****** Murphy (attached). He called a week later and said he will instruct ***** to investigate problem and resolve. ***** apparently evaluated the problem and advised me that he would have the problem corrected. Since then I have had conversations with *****, ****** and the service department. The work has been scheduled and rescheduled, with the most recent target date of May 23rd. My last contact was with **** in the ****************** on June 13. She said she would have someone get with me, but I haven't heard a word I have tried to be patient and understanding but at this point I am totally frustrated. Now we're looking at multiple 100 degree days. I can't use my $3,000 irrigation system and I'm physically incapable of dragging hoses around.
