              The owner had promised several things during the purchase of our home and never followed through. He promised a fix to a critical part of our home's exterior caused from settling and had someone come do the fix and was done so poorly, it has left an eyesore on the exterior of my home, and missed several other spots I had previously pointed out in the process. I had pictures and texts from the owner saying he would address but after ignoring me for months, he had his daughter message me to say it was the homeowners responsibility. This is someone who does not pride themselves in their work.
