              I have been getting non stop promotional offers from this company for their hearing aide products for years now.I have never signed up for anything relating to this so I can only assume based on other complaints that it is because I have the same first and last name as my late grandfather. Please for the love of God, stop contacting me and leave me alone.

              When they sold me the hearing aids at the Fairview Heights location, I was under the impression that there was a lifetime warranty. When I took them to a different location (Belleville) they tech told me that they were dead. That tech said it was just for the service, not the hardware. They told me that I would have to buy another set for $4000.00. They aren't replacing or repairing the first pair I bought. I thought the hearing aids would be replaced. I thought they would be replaced under the lifetime warranty they sold me on. They did contact me and fixed my hearing aids.

              Our main goal at Midwest Beltone is to improve the hearing health of all of our patients, so they can thrive and take part in communicating with their family and friends on a daily basis. We offer Lifetime service on any repair that can be accomplished in each of our Midwest Beltone locations. We do not offer a Lifetime Warranty on hearing aids. With that said, we have communicated with Shirley and offered her 50% off the repair of her hearing aids to help her get back on track with her hearing health and she has accepted our offer.
