    I dont know where to start well I have a wonderful experience with *************** . She helped me deliver 3 of my babies . Great doctor but her billing department lady **** **** not performing her job right . So I have a insurance and I am fully covered like fully which I didnt know I until I spoke to my insurance people so with my fourth baby at my first visit *************** said I will responsible for *****$ each visit and she made me sign I trusted her and signed and each month I paid ***** for 9 months after delivery I randomly called my insurance and after taking to them I found out that I wasnt supposed to pay anything . Like zero dollar and agent said we would like to file a complain and they needed some receipt number or something I reached out to ***** and said I need those number so I can file a reimbursement she said oh we cant do that you insurance doesnt know you paid us I was like whattttttt??? I have a text messages history that I would like to share please after she wasnt able to provide me the information she said please wait we will reimburse IF WE OWE ANYTHING. In my mid that was a red flag but I waited and now it has been more than 6 months my child is 6 month old and no response from her . Why she didnt report to my insurance that I paid money on side ? Why this is not the first time though with my 3rd child I paid the same amount too which was 4 and half years ago I didnt know and I had the same insurance nothing changed fully covered . Well she responded me back in November 1st that she owe me 400$ and waiting for claim to be done I mean it has been 6 months now according to my insurance there are not any pending claim . How come its only 391 why not 540$ . She doesnt respond in adequate amount of time . It takes a long time all I am saying I have been ripped off with my 3rd child and I dont even know what to do with that . But this time I cant let that go . *************** needs to be transparent with the patient . . I please need help thanks
