            I paid over $8000 to this company for a brand new fence in 3/2020. It took them four months to install it. Recently, a piece of the bottom of the fence keeps coming off. I contacted Dave and Chris a week ago about this issue. They didn't return my call. I emailed them and they told me they would have to figure out a time to pull someone off a job to look at it. They told me I would have to pay them to come out and look at it. That is not in the contract. This fence has a five year warranty. I have reported other issues and it takes them months for them to send someone out. I have been yelled at by someone in their company before. There's never an urgency to send someone out. I offered to send a picture of the issue yesterday and they haven't responded. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. They act like we are bothering them. I would like to talk to them and not get an attitude.

            We bought a $16,000 fence from this company. We now need an adjustment made and now they want to charge us $400 to remove a post and then $400 to put a post in. We have referred many customers to them with no thanks. We were looking to replace our deck but there is no way I would use them to even provide a bid. Good luck when Riverdale dries up.
