            I hired them to put my roof on and replace the rotted wood.. They used old wood to put it on. They did not finish the job. I have had 2 inspectors evaluating my roof and both said it needs to be replaced. They do not want to fix their mistake. My roof is wavy due to the wood bowing. I have a tarp and bundles of shingles still on my roof. They even destroyed my flower bed. They have been paid $18000. They told me that instead of tearing down what they have done, they will give me $9000 back. They haven't.

            I had John Beal Roofing replace my roof in July 2021. They did in a professional and timely manner, the workers were courteous and cleaned up completely. The roof looks great and performs as expected. Will H., the salesman, was very courteous, easily reachable, and thoroughly explained the project. Bri, the office contact, was very reachable, courteous, and knowledgeable. The price was competitive with others. All in all, a good experience. ** in Fenton, Mo.
