              This company reached out to me attempting to collect a debt that was discharged via bankruptcy in 2019. I have no business with this company and do not have a debt with them. I am requesting that they remove their information from all 3 credit files and cease contact with me immediately.

              **************** Rep ********************* is amazing. I have not had to deal with a collection agency for at least 20 years. I was expecting attitude, aggressive approach to collecting the money with a complete disregard for the situation and circumstances that brought us together. Instead she was very polite, understanding, generous with information about the ******************* Lastly and most satisfying, she provided guidance on how to approach the provider's billing department. Going as far as to how to navigate the automated options when i call the provided. An absolute pleasure to talk to. She brighten my day and reminded me that in a world of misinformation, hate and resentment that there is hope. Thank you *****, you made my day.
