I was present the entire time they were here. I was told that they would be removing mold from the basement and would try and save anything that they could. 2 weeks prior to servpro coming in we rented a dumpster and i went through the entire basement and got rid of anything that had mold on it that couldn't be saved. I do realize that the mold count was severely high however I feel like everything that was left down there after i cleaned it which wasn't much could've been saved. Most of what was left after i cleaned it had no mold on it (i know for a fact) and if it did it was salvageable. pots pans air conditioner (that hadn't been down there but 5 hrs) rubber boots, all Christmas trees and decor. basically the entire dumpster was full with my things that most could've been cleaned up. I was told they'd be coming in and deep cleaning, they'd do blinds and curtains windows carpets. for the services I can honestly say that it wasn't 9600 in work. After servpro left i shampooed my dirty carpets i took my dusty curtains down and washed them. mold count where my babies sleep was moderately high and i was told there was mold on the window up above my son's bed, but they didn't clean the other window? the blinds in the living room not done, nothing touched in the kitchen upstairs or down. I guess when i was told they were coming in to clean that they would actually clean. Unacceptable. I was told that everything was there at the shop and *** (the manager) said he'd look into it and if anything could be cleaned they'd get it cleaned and bring it back he was confused as to why they'd just throw everything away. My mother in law called and was told someone would be bringing stuff back and they did about 3 weeks later. Managed to get a muffin tin, casserole dish and a pan back. On a positive note AWESOME customer service hands down wonderful people just really crappy work where i feel like she was taken advantage of because of that I'd never recommend servpro.
