We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet the standards of service that we strive to provide as a company. We appreciate you taking the time to make sure we are aware, as we take all constructive feedback seriously. I have discussed your project with everyone involved to determine areas that need improvement. Remodeling isnt linear and although we try to make the process as smooth as possible, in this case it seems that there were some unforeseen delays regarding your installer. We have since rectified those issues and I can assure you that we did everything we could to rectify the delays as soon as possible.
