      WORST MATTRESS EVER!!!! After spending almost $6,000 cash for other furniture I should have looked somewhere else for a mattress. I purchased the Ashley ***** 12-in Ultra plush for $600 and haven't slept a good night since. Once they make their sale they don't care anymore. I have had to add blankets, pillows, and even a leg pillow and none of it helps. I have the worst back and hip problems since I got this mattress and it looks like I will now be spending a couple hundred dollars more to put a pillow top on the top of it. Obviously it's not that great of a mattress and when they're selling it they should look at who they're selling it to because he only good reviews are for children, daybeds Etc everyone else complains. After spending that much money and the first few months have been horrible now I'm going to put out a couple hundred more for a mattress topper to help me sleep on this thing? Horrible business practice and doesn't matter how much you spend because obviously they don't care. They were quick to answer me when I asked what mattress it was but asked if I was having problems and haven't heard back. It was the same when I ordered it and asked about taking the old one out. They were so confident they could help me out with that until the time actually came and of course then it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to do it through them. Just like the $50 off that you don't get because they tell you everything you bought was on sale and then you get a delay even though you ordered it way in advance because it all has to get to warehouse at the same time. It's very upsetting to spend that kind of money and have a horrible mattress that makes you unable to even sleep a good night. I'd like to know what they're sleeping on because this is the worst mattress I've ever had in my life. I could have paid the same price at a reputable company and gotten something much better and that doesn't include the topper I have to buy now

      Our experience with Midwest Clearance Center was terrible. My wife and I are not going to buy another peice of ******** furniture or shop here again!We originally bought a bedroom set in Dec 2020 and was given an estimated delivery date of the end of January. This was understandable since ******** was way behind on furniture orders due to having to shut down earlier in 2020 due to COVID.We didn't hear anything until a few days before our items were scheduled to arrive. I had to call and ask if everything was received and I was told that the items are going to be late. Some of the items were coming in a few weeks late and the bed set wasn't going to be in until the END OF MARCH, basically 2 months later than anticipated. I told them I wasn't happy waiting that long and that was that. There was nothing they could do, ******** wasn't doing their part.After finally getting our furniture in March, we noticed that 2 drawers on the dresser were messed up. They wouldn't shut correctly. I created a service ticket and received a call from ****, one of the owners. **** ordered 2 new drawers from ******** and that took another 2 months to be shipped to our house.After that, we had 2 separate service calls happen where they couldn't figure out the problem, it wasn't the drawers. Eventually, they said that the dresser is twisted and we needed a new one. A brand new one from ******** came in a few weeks this time.This week our new dresser was delivered. There are 2 drawers that wouldn't shut correctly and were all wobbly. The screws holding the drawer glides in were STRIPPED, so the drawer glides would wobble all around when you tried to open/close it. I don't even get how ******** could ship this out. I called Midwest's service department and the guy said they hand-checked the dresser for problems. I don't know how anyone could miss that the 2 drawers wouldn't open/close correctly. It was going to be another week to get service guys out there. They were ready to order another dresser from ********. That'd be another month of waiting and it'd likely have different problems!Finally, I went to ****** and bought some wood and replaced the wood supports that hold the drawer glides.It took a total of 9 months to get all our order handled correctly. And even with that, I had to end up fixing the dresser myself because I was sick of waiting! I had to keep calling them constantly throughout just to get updates. I felt like no one had a clue what was going on.I would NOT recommend you buy your furniture from here. If you want to buy ********, go to the million other places that sell ********. However, I would just say stay away from ******** in general. It may look nice, but it's cheap, ****** furniture underneath.
