Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: I contracted with this business to do several basic projects at my home. I supplied the requested funds for supplies and labor. The initial job (bath remodel) took 7 months between initial work and repair to damage done in the home. Funds were used to purchase items (including soda) not used in the job while items I purchased for the job were not used or missing. I was charged for items needed to be replaced (wall cabinet) due to damage caused by the contractor. The contractor has promised to refund but has not done so. The contract also stated they were to secure the new shed with lattice work, build a ramp to the shed and 3 months later partial lattice work and no ramp. The contract also included a project to repair drywall in the basement. This also has not been done. I have money owed, work incomplete and flat out not started. Multiple calls over the last 10 months have only resulted in unreturned calls and then finally an email stating I should find another contractor because the business owner is having difficulty maintaining employees and does not recall scheduling work. I would tell anyone "Do not contract with St. Louis Remodeling & Construction, LLC".
Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the funds owed and I will look for a more professional contractor.
