Additional Complaint Information

BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints against Automotive Product Consultants.  The pattern of consumer complaints allege, misleading advertisng, failure to remove consumer information from their database, denials of claims to repair vehicles, failure to issue refunds and overall poor customer service.

On August 23, 2016, BBB mailed a letter to the business with concerns about the patterns of complaints.  On September 6, 2016, the company responded to our letter.  The company stated "the company has experienced significant growth over the last three years.  We now process three times the monthly transactions.  The growth primarily comes from the addition of factory backed programs.  We currently provide services to multiple manufacturers.  We are nearing a launch of an additional manufacturer program this fall.  We take every complaint seriously and in every case determine what changes need to take place as a result, if any.  All of our phone calls are recorded so we can provide verification of the call to the consumers."
