            I purchased a 2005 Chevy Colorado pickup truck on 04/26/2023. I drove it home. Friday I took it to get a inspection the truck failed safety and emission test. I returned back to the car lot and informed him of everything that was wrong with the truck. I tried to return the vehicle , He stated that he would not fix the repairs needed for the truck to pass the inspections. They cleared the codes on the truck before I purchased the truck. Some of the issues with the truck are, failed for left front tire rod, right front sway bar link, right rear outer edge of tire, and the emission it failed for code *****, serpentine belt has excessive cracking, rear brake badly rusted at line connection, rear transmission mount is worn, and transmission pan is leaking. Everything that I listed was confirmed by the Missouri State Highway patrol off of Koch Rd. I would like refund in the amount of $1000.00 and I would like to return the truck back to them.

            I bought a truck from these guys and a warranty less than 6 months ago. It has been in the shop for 5 1/2 months. Barley drove by me at all. Started having starting issues the day I picked up the title ( 3 days after purchase) in their parking lot. **** agreed to pay half the cost to get the truck running right. He sent us to a mechanic of his choice. Brought the truck there was there for almost a month 1/2. Paid $500 and the truck Broke down about a mile down the road when i picked it up. Had to have it towed back home. Another $125. Took it to the Ford dealership and now it’s gonna cost over $6800 to fixed. **** gets ignorant and loud when on the phone. And refuses to keep up on his end of the deal. Very unprofessional on his part. If I could give him zero stars, and still leave a review, I would. He is horrible businessman will never do business there again.!

            I have been in business nearly 18 years with a very good reputation taking care of my customers. Like he stated he has already been in here once to help with a bill and I gave him $500. I wish in good faith I could do more for him but he has had way too many hands on this truck. He has taken this to at least 3 service repair shops I know of not to mention friends and relatives. I will admit I did get loud but I don't take being called a liar and a junk peddlar too lightly. In the future they can take there business elsewhere.
