Complaint Category: Failure to honor a contract or agreement

Complaint: I was told verbally,that if any issues came up the company would handle it. Mr. ******** ******** can you look into their emission and inspection. My car is broken down and I want him to fix it.

I am reporting that the electrical system went out in the car and now it doesn't do anything.
I reported this to Empire and he is no longer offering to fix my car. I paid him $8615 and the car is not running. I feel mislead and deceived, please help me get my money back or my car fixed.

I was told that he would give me half for another car. Now, since he got the BBB letter he doesn't wish to do anything.

She purchased a 2004 Nissan Maxima on March 17, 2012 and signed paperwork she was purchasing the vehicle as is. She did contact me a few times about problems and I referred to a mechanic that we use. She chose to take the vehicle to a Nissan dealership and after those repairs started having problems. Since the car was as is we have no obligation to her.
