            I had a recall on my car so I took it to the dealership and they installed a antitheft system. I've been having issues ever since. The first issue was I couldn't get my car to start I had to use my actual key to open the doors and the car wouldn't start. I had it towed to the dealership they told me Ii needed a new battery. I paid for a batter and a month later I'm having the same issues still. I cannot start my car. Now they are trying to charge me to fix what they messed up. My car was running fine before they installed the antitheft system.

            The worst customer service I've ever had We did our research on the vehicle beforehand so the salesman didn't have to do anything.We arranged a price on Sunday, Brought them a check on Monday We were asked to be there between 5 and 6.We showed up around five expecting to sign some papers and get the car Instead, we SAT for over an hour and a half, while the salesman continues to say......Just a few more minutes Finally after 90 minutes I spoke up and was ignored and left just sitting. The usual excuses, passing the buck, etc. .The final check out took 5 minutes, so I wanted over a hour and a half for 5 minutes Will not go back to this dealer, their customers are not their concern, it's selling cars. Once you pass that check or sign financing, you are no longer important. So Beware of auffenberg Hyundai, There are so many other used cars dealers around, ones who want and need customers FYI, this is the very first time in my life I have filed something like this My wife and I both walked out feeling greatly disrespected.
