I came in to purchase a new fridge and freezer. The space I have for it to fit is very specific. To ensure it fit, I paid them to come out and measure. They measured, assured that this would fit well with the trim I purchased. Day of install, it doesn't fit. It is left without trim and a little crooked. They were checking on new trim, but nothing ever was purchased. A few days later a significant amount of frost begins to build up in the freezer. Followed by ice building up in the fridge and the water line freezing. I had a Slyman repair man out who sealed the gasket on the freezer which wasn't done during install and was causing the frost. This made it better, but didn't fix the issue. Next, an ****************** man came out and re sealed the gasket, and installed a heating unit in the fridge that should have already been there. He advised me that the screws on the front are incorrect and several other things that were wrong with install. This has been going on for over 2 months. The freezer is still producing frost. Units are crooked. Trim is not ordered. Several days have been taken off work for different service people to look at. Major disappointment.
