Been here about a week. Main sewer line was clogged. Took 3 days to finally hear from someone as they do not pick up the office number and Maintenance requests were left unseen. Finally someone showed up but all they coud do was open up the sewer cleanout which sprayed f**** all over the garage/basement. This was all they could do because their plumber does not work on the weekends......cool. After the plumber finally showed up they did not clean and stereilize the floor. They half-heartedly sprayed it down and left chunks of literal human f**** and ground up toilet paper everywhere. the request to have the f**** cleaned keeps being marked as finished, but it is not finished. Not too much to ask to not have to walk through that to take out the trash, park, etc. On top of all this the Condenser unit for the ** was not installed. Realized it wasn't getting cold in the apartment went down to look and none of the lines were hooked up, and the condenser was not even outside. Finally they got someone out to install it. along with all this, The oven has stopped working. I went downstairs (Stepping over ***** matter to do so) and found the breaker box which is at least as old as the building and it would appear that one of the two ancient 20amp breakers used for the Oven circuit is overloading. This is all too much for an apartment that was recently "rehabbed" Liteally no answer from the office. After hours ***************** seems to be the only way to talk to someone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PL**E AND BLUE DOOR MANAGEMENT Worst rental experience I've ever had and like I said, I've only been here a week.
