Programs

ILN programs focus on achievement recognition, mentoring, leadership education and community service. YOUNG ACHIEVERS This program promotes community, national and international recognition for the positive accomplishments of young people. This early recognition encourages youth to achieve and helps them recognize their potential to be positive role models, leaders and mentors. Young Achievers are student in grades 5-10. LEADERS OF TOMORROW This program promotes community, national and international recognition for outstanding leadership and service. Identifying and honoring student leaders in grade 11, encourages them to further develop their skills to be more effective leaders. Leaders of Tomorrow awards are designated as the Lisle Ramsey Leadership Award, presented in honor of ILN's founder and chairman emeritus. LEAP (Leadership Education Achievement Partnership) This is a comprehensive mentoring program that partners older students with younger students. It features cross-age collaboration, relationship and team building, direct skill training, group problem solving opportunities and student empowerment. DARE TO LEAD Adult leaders who have made a difference in the lives of young people are honored by ILN. A Dare to Lead Awards breakfast is held annually in St. Louis, Missouri. Student selected as regional Young Achievers of the Year and Leaders of the Year are among those invited to attend and are introduced at this prestigious event.
