1 I purchased 3 units - One unit was wrong, (couldn't be installed)one unit installed, 3rd. unit returned from other buyer.

Company won't communicate
I am having a great deal of trouble with ***** the owner at Comtech Research, LLC.
By that I mean -

1. I purchased 3 units2. One unit was inappropriate and could not be installed (by professionals) in the window unit I purchased it for.
(I had sent them approximately 12 pictures of the unit, inside and out per ******* request.)
3. the third unit was rejected by my customer
4. I desire to return 2 units - I bought the units at 10% off, but was NOT told there was a NO RETURN policy, and I cannot find such a policy on their web site. The web site does clearly state "60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Product Warranties"

I have offered to pay full price for the one unit which was installed by professionals, if they will only allow me to return the other two units which are still in their original packaging and refund my money for those two units, which **** said are easy to sell.

As you could determine from an email dialogue, which I will gladly email you separately, I have desperately tried to ask **** for cooperation. And you can see from the host of emails that at one point another employee was amenable for me to return the units and asking the model numbers. Some of the headlines on the web site are: "60 Day Money Back Guarantee and Product Warranties: The last email from **** is as follows

I have subsequently emailed Mike 5 times, but no answer from anyone.

I also received a phone call from the company quite some time back which was about 10 minutes of continuous "thrashing"/harassing. I didn't get in more than 3 words - literally. This is totally inappropriate and unprofessional and after I got off the phone my husband said "Who on earth was that." 10 minutes is NOT an exaggeration.

I'm asking for your help to expedite this situation, as I'm not getting a response from **** and he told me he prefers to communicate via email, so I've been trying to do that.

I'm sorry but in the PILE of paperwork I cannot find my invoice at this time. Will continue to look. I know I had to ask several times for it to be sent to me.

Desired Settlement
Refund for the 2 units that could not be used.

This is consistent with the phone conversation we had where you stated that if this could not be installed in your wall air conditioner, then you would be willing to mount it to the wall instead.

****, we instituted the no-returns policy after people would sign on as a dealer to get a greater discount, but with the intention of returning all but one (and on top of that, still wanting the quantity discount). I'm certain that you are not like that, you convinced me that you are serious about being an Air Probe Sanitizer dealer.

The model E-200 is the best selling model. I'm sure that with your marketing talent, etc. that you will have no trouble reselling it for a profit. And we are still here to assist you with installation support.

Mike - I thought we had this resolved that I would get a credit.

Yes, **** I did say that, however it would be in a guest room where there will be children, and that is not safe. I tried to accommodate you, but didn't hear from you. Not only that it is not our responsibility to take a wrong product and make it work for our needs. We do not have the time, nor responsibility to do that. We are remodeling an entire house and landscaping. That is what we know how to do, not "jerryrig" a light that wasn't correct.

Please get this resolved.

She received a 35% discount, the dealer discount at that time for purchasing three at once.

If I understand correctly, Mike is offering to refund the monies for the two units - E200 and E100.

The email was a bit unclear to me so that is why I'm trying to state this clearly.

I assume I am to return the product, after I receive a full refund to my credit card. I already have them boxed and ready to ship.

If this is the case, I accept that offer and am satisfied and appreciate the cooperation of all.
