Find Businesses You Can Trust
The BBB reminds prospective purchasers of timeshares that according to the Code of Missouri State Regulations, chapter 4, Time Sharing Rules of 15CSR 60-4, you have 5 days to cancel the purchase of a timeshare.

The cancellation must be in writing, and is effective when the letter is postmarked. According to state law, the seller must give the buyer an 18-point, boldface printed notice of the right to cancel at the time of purchase. The BBB suggests that you mail the written notice to the company via Certified Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Keep a copy of all correspondence for your records.
