            Since January 2021 year to date I have paid $224 on my account and this company has not been to my home to spray for bugs or weeds. In order for them to come out and spray for both services they want me to pay another $192. After speaking with Myra and her speaking to her manager many times over this past month I could not resolve the issue of them coming out to my home to spray unless I pay an additional $192. Even though I have already paid them a substantial amount to date already this year with NO visit!! They tell me my account was behind continuously late payments. $20 each month for bugs and every other month $72 for weeds. I feel since they have not sprayed my home this year for either service even though it's now almost the 9th month of the year! They were asked, for my neighbor how much, I was told $139 for bugs and $72 for weeds new service would cost for both services. That's $212, I don't get it? I asked for a refund then if they aren't going to come out.

            We started using them in the beginning of this year. The techs are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They came out once to respray (no charge to do this) when a scorpion dared to enter the house! We would recommend them!
