Complaint
Harrasment with sales calls.
This company called my company ********************** about a week ago to sell us on there services. Since then they call our office 2-3 Times per day! I have responed to them via email letting them know that I do not want to hire them or become a memeber, yet they continue to call my office!

Desired Settlement
I would simply like them to stop calling my office! Based on there sales approach I would not want them calling on my behalf, potential clients in my area, as it would be poor representation of my company services. I am also a BBB memeber. We do business as ******************.
**********************

Thank you.

Business' Initial Response
We were completely unaware that Mr. ****** was in any way upset about our contacting him. We of course will not attempt to contact him again for any reason. We would like to add that although we have been in contact with Mr. ******, 2-3 calls a day is probably a gross over exaggeration. We apologize for any confusion, but we want to be clear, at no time up until today were we told by this individual not to contact him further. If we had been we would have ceased all efforts immediately! In closing this is not the way we want our company viewed by any potential client, therefore again as resolution no further efforts will be made to contact Mr. ****** or ***** *********

Consumer's Final Response
Morning ********

Please review the emails below that show there initial contact with me after the first phone call. Then my response to them after multiple calls per day, that were coming in from both a phone number out of Texas and Arizona which we have on our caller ID. I also have voice mails that were left by the supposed owner Mr. ****** that asks me to do the Honorable thing and call him back! FYI They are tyring to charge $1850 - $3550 dollars as an upfront fee for them to start working with new clients!

I have since had no calls from them, most likely because of my BBB complaint.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Mr. ******,

Not that I need to give you any reason(s) for my not calling you back; I have been out of my office most of this week closing up the largest event in the Portland area, conducting payroll for 2 companies and 95 employees, and starting the next job. I have heard that you have been calling for me 2-3 times per day based on the caller id logs. At this point in time we will not be utilizing your services based on the following:

1. In any "partnership" as you put it, there should be no upfront fee. If your company truly did want to partner, and could legitimately produce business, then the expectation of such a partnership with a 5-10% job site commission would be acceptable, and a fee would not be necessary.

2. With all telemarketers especially out of state ones, we conduct a test internally based on the performance and persistence of the calls. I would say your persistence has moved to the point of harassment! Based on your failing of our in house test, I would not want you calling that persistently to new customers in our area, which in my opinion would reflect poorly on ****** ******** ***

3. For you to make such a bold statement on our company voice-mail, about us ignoring your calls, and telling ME to be an Honorable person and return your calls multiple times, is purely Uncouth!

As long as you claim you have been in this business I would expect much more professionalism.

In closing do not continue to call our office line!

Business' Final Response
We have checked the email address Mr.****** would have had for us, and every folder in it. We never received this correspondence from Mr. ******. Once again if we had all efforts to contact him would have ceased. We truly don't believe this was an over sight on our part, but if by chance it was we offer our humble apology! As to repetitive calling the only explanation that we can conclude is that technology failed us.Instead of Mr.****** being set for a call back on a specific date, the auto dialer was prompted to dial daily.Although we don't see this in our reports, it's the only thing that makes sense. Again we apologize! In closing we offer the same remedy requested in the initial complaint by Mr. ******, we will not attempt to contact him for any reason!
