First of all, the address given is not where they are. I attempted to go there and speak with manager but found no such business there. On Oct 19,2023 I had Rhinos Cleaning come over and do a deep clean in my house. I had used them in the past with no issues Last date was Julu 6,2023. Before they left, I noticed streaks on my bathroom shower doors. They came back in and tried to wipe it off. They could not. They said they would send someone else to fix it. A new crew did not show up until Oct. 23, 2023. This crew was still not able to fix it. The streaks were not coming out. They had scratched into the etching on the doors and left permanent damage. After several calls to the company and attempts to reach the owners, my doors have still not been fixed. They need replacing. The company had several glass companies come out to do estimates, but no repairs have been made. Again, after several calls to the cleaning company the manager gave me a claim number and the insurance companies name. (Hartford at ************ -****** Privaeo ************ claim # GL0020165083 , but no results yet. The last time I spoke to the ***************** they said that they were not sure they would cover the cost if it was the fault of the employee who used wrong product on my doors. I need help with you to get this resolved. Please help me and let me know how this can happen? ******************************* ************ Damage est. $1300
