            When i called them the receptionist asked if my hair is colored because i was inquiring about perm, she said i cannot go that day because the person who is doing perm with chemical is not there. Then i went yesterday, i sat for 4 and half hour and the teacher said after they are almost done rolling it that she will not have chemicals put in because my hair is colored. The first teacher who looked at the test hair just asked me if im ok with the result that it wont be very curly. I would like a refund of what i paid for and $45 for my lyft both ways. Thanks

            I went in for the first time today and had two different students working on my hair initially full head of highlights, wash, and cut. Clearly one of the students did not want to do my highlights, she was very rough, and just not happy to be performing the service. The other student Jen was amazing and stepped in offered to complete the service and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Teachers are present but not hovering over what the students are doing so they may not be aware of the attitude/disposition of some of the other students. I truly enjoyed Jen she was great and beyond professional with me; but listening to the other students and conversations it amazed me at how upset so many were that they had to take another client and they didn't feel like being there. Again I didn't dislike my cut and for a student I got lucky Jen was there and I didn't get stuck with just the other student; just surprised about the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism from the other students who are choosing to go into that field.
