Bought a Used Chevy camaro it broke down 2 days after purchase it
I bought the car it sounded and look in good condition two days later i was driving the car on the las vegas strip i notice that the gas needle was going down every time i made a Right turn the gas tank read that it was 1/4 tank so i was going to put gas but before i could get to the gas station the car shut down on me i called the dealership they said they didn't know what it could be so they would pick it up and lend me a car then they had their mechanic look at it and they said nothing was wrong but i kept telling them yes there is the motor has a knocking sound and leaking gas so a week later i got my car back and i filled the tank up and it smelled of gas and it was also then i noticed it only said it had half a tank so i called the dealer ship again and they said they will see whats wrong i told them it still leaks gas and the gage does not worker and it smells like gas so they had it for two more weeks they said they will install "new parts" but they are waiting on them to be delivered they had it for another week they kept promising they will have my car ready but the never did i kept calling had to miss a day of work because the would not get the car ready until my warranty was almost out they finally gave me my car i had a couple of days left on the warranty and a day later the car was making a whistling sound by the gas tank and it shut down so i called them and they said bring it it i told them i don't want to deal with the car no more so lets work out on a new car or giving me my money back since i gave my original car up as the down payment they asked me what it was worth to me i said 1500 by this time my trade in car was already sold so i had no car the ended up saying we will give you back what we took in as the down payment that was 1200 i said ok but they only gave me 1000 every car on that lot had a lot of problems they should check their cars better so that this doesn't happen my parent are also going throu the same thing with one of the cars they got fron this dealership too i am a co signer thats why im saying something they still have a warrenty but the dealership wont fix it
