            So I moved in maybe 8-9 days into November. I paid full months rent on November ***** , for Decembers rent. I get a 7 day eviction notice on my door stating I need to pay $95 plus an additional $25 for a constoble fee. I go into the office because I know its a mistake. The accountant tells me no you were late goes on to say I need to see your receipt. Which I had already provided her with. Same thing happens for ******* and February. I ask the accountant was there an issue with just me since Im always 8 days early paying rent . She stares at these papers with NO ANSWERS on them. Gives me a blank stare and ask me why do I have an attitude . As of today 2-9-24 she tells me shes gonna make the corrections in the system which she never does because a constonble came out again yesterday . Im also in the process of calling fair housing this problem is ongoing and embarrassing to keep getting 7 day eviction notices on my door. When always early paying my rent .

            Extremely noisy upstairs & threatening upstairs neighbors! Dog poop all over! Roaches! Shootings! Cops in and out on a regular basis! Pool and gym closed on a regular basis! Wild noisy kids all over the place! Lee the manager does nothing about any of these issues!

            Thank you for you input,   I never think any resident is just complaining,  you are giving me information so we can make necessary changes.   We want all our residents to feel  "at home".   Unfortunately, not all residents pick up their dog poop.   Please let the office know where this is happening,  we will have one of our staff members clean it up.   If it continues to happen, information of who's doing it, what apt is responsible and/or the description of the animal will  help in stopping it from happening.   We have weekly professional pest service, please contact the rental office & schedule service.    Our facilities are open after the rental office closes,  most nights until 7pm.

            This Friday, June 30 the tall palm tree's around the property & pool area are scheduled for trimming.  The Pool, unfortunately will be closed for several hours that day.

            Again,  please contact the office with any concerns.      I thank you for bringing your issues to my attention.
