Statistics show it costs more to attract a new customer than it does to keep the ones you already have. Treat your customer’s right and they will continue to patronize your business. Treat them wrong and they may never return.

The Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado’s Foundation has a program to help. It’s called Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) and is designed to help companies analyze and improve their customer service processes.

EICS is a comprehensive customer service improvement program to help businesses improve their service practices, increase customer satisfaction and build profitable relationships to keep customers coming back.

The EICS application process begins with creating an organizational profile outlining your type of business. You will then complete seven in-depth essay questions documenting the approach, deployment and results of your customer service practices. The Writing Workshop gives you tips from evaluators for writing a winning application.

Join us at this workshop designed to give your company a jump start in achieving a mature customer system, and of course, more business. Past applicants and recipients will be there to answer your questions.
