    Purchased an *** from Midwest ECM repair in August of 2021. The *** failed around 5/22, according to them it failed due to internal water damage. Ordered another ***, request the *** have the exact same calibration file the first one had. Received an *** that was not correct, files were wrong, engine didn't idle correctly(which was strange because it ran fine Aug 21) Said there was nothing they could do. Had a file out of another gen set engine that was working fine, I paid for another new ***, the core charge and request they program another *** and next day air the *** to me with the other file. Installed the *** on the engine the next morning and it would not even run the engine. Reinstalled the first *** that would idle the engine at ****rpm. Told **** what happened and he kept telling me there is something wrong with my engine - but my engine runs on the other *** I had got from him (albeit incorrectly) I sent the *** back to Midwest and without any communication I received an *** so I installed it, it ran the engine flawless as it should. So I sent back the other *** with the high idle problem. And he tells me its damaged and no good, when it ran the engine at **** rpm before I had sent it back. Midwest *** refused to do anything as far as warranty, but he would gladly take another $2,000 from me and send me another *** that *** or *** not work. Midwest *** has lied saying the ***'s they sell are tested on their equipment but I do not believe that due to the first *** not even running my engine. I'm requesting they refund me for one failed *** that they knowingly sold me and the hundreds of dollars that I've spent on overnight shipping only to receive bad ***'s.
