I am writing on behalf of my son and his young family who very recently had the misfortune of attempting to utilize the services of realtor, ***********************. **** reports that she works with the real estate company, Merit Co., which is why this review is being presented here. I would NEVER recommend realtor, ***********************, to ANYONE. She was INCREDIBLY IRRESPONSIBLE in assisting my sons family in their long-term rental home process in ****************/************. Her lack of response to text messages, emails and phone calls was unconscionable and unprofessional. After successfully completing the necessary application process, the little-to-no responses by **** had indicated their family would be accepted for a particular rental home. Due to Lisas lack of response, my son was forced to give her a deadline that was a mere three days before their moving date. She missed the deadline by hours but finally, six days into the process, she told my son she had decided to go with someone else. This is a shocking disregard and lack of respect for others! I dont believe *********************** can be trusted to do her job in a professional and timely manner.
