    In September 2019 we signed a contract with Bella Giardino to do our landscaping project. Our anticipated install was mid summer 2020. Due to labor shortage we were informed we would be pushed to early fall. As early fall approached we were informed it would be December. Once December came we got an email saying they need to re do our bid and we can get our of our contract if we wanted to. They raised our bid by 18 percent (8k) and we chose to accept this new bid as we were so close to our install. End of December came and they said it would now be ******** In January we resigned our contract and ******* said she placed our order for boulders and lighting. ******* said she got covid but our install would now be end ******** End of January (1 year and 5 months later, they send us an email they are closing their business). Absolutely the worst landscape company I have ever dealt with. I hate writing negative reviews but in the event they choose to reopen their Business after leaving *********************** the dust I just hope someone will find this review and think twice before choosing this company.

    Dear ********, Thank you for writing your experience here on this platform, you have every right to share your feelings of disappointment and I am grateful that you have. First, I truly am sorry for the way things came to an end. I have had Bella Giardino Landscape for 15 years - this was going to be my 16th year. I built Bella Giardino Landscape with integrity from day one. I created a company that was always putting our clients first, building quality outdoor living spaces, and providing the best customer service. I built a very good reputation over the years for always being one of the best landscape companies to work with. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with clients of **************** and Monument and for what I have created through the years. From the beginning of developing this business, no decision was ever considered lightly or without much thought and process. The decision to close Bella Giardino Landscape was not any different. The changes that have transpired in the last two years with hiring employees, current employees finding new careers, vendors hiking up prices sometimes four times in a year and the list go on. This has been excruciating two years for all business owners and good for those who survived. This was my livelihood and I am truly trying to get the ground back under my feet. I understand you have precious time lost with waiting for us and again, I am sorry. Another thing that I did differently than most landscape companies is I never took money upfront. Our policy was money was only exchanged when we showed up with our trucks, trailers, employees, material and locates done. No deposit was necessary I am so grateful for that policy because I do not owe anyone money. It is the time I have lost for those who chose to wait for us. ******** please know that I do understand your frustration but I do ask for you to understand mine. I fought and fought through this pandemic with all my heart and soul. I truly worked hard to not have this outcome, as it is especially devastating to me. Thank you again for sharing your feelings of disappointment. I do wish your landscape project much success.Sincerely,*******
